This house was adorable—full of charm and decorated really nicely. The bed in the front room was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We came knowing the house was 100+ years old, so we expected an older bathroom (check) and creaky floors (check), but I just loved the character. We had zero problems, and the neighborhood was nice. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again!

This was the best AirBnB I've stayed in! My husband, daughter and I stayed at Emily's place and we were so impressed by how clean it was, the beautiful location and the walking trail right behind the condos. Their amenities of the pack-n-play and high chair were so helpful and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Staying at Emily's place was perfect! There was plenty of room to sit, spend time with a few friends and family, and the pool table and shuffle board were awesome additions that kept us entertained! The remodel of this basement apartment was thoughtful and unique, making great use of the space and ensuring the guests are both cared for and have adequate space and separation to move from room to room, stretch out, and enjoy comfortably. Emily was so quick to respond, and always with care and concern. From the flexible check-in to the on-the-fly temperature adjustments, Emily was around when we needed her, and her responses were above and beyond what was required. The space was great, the hosts were fantastic, and the overall stay was wonderful!

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. Very cozy and relaxing stay. Great amenities, updated, modern and clean. The pool and hot tub access is great for a relaxing mountain stay. We will be back for sure!

This condo was absolutely wonderful—perfect for a mountain getaway or ski trip! Emily and Cameron have done a fantastic job renovating and decorating the space to create a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the inviting fireplace, the beautiful mountain views (even on a rainy day), and access to the pool and spa area. The location was another highlight—right next to the Snake River path, which made for a peaceful and scenic walk or bike ride along the water. We truly enjoyed our stay, would happily return, and highly recommend it to others!

Emily’s place was perfect for my needs for a quick 2 night stay. It was very clean, comfortable and offered everything I needed. I would stay again if I ever needed to go up to the Greeley area.

We were in town for a sad reason, and Emily’s place gave us all such comfort. It was beautiful and warm, with thoughtful ice cream sandwiches left for our boys. The hot tub was a hit, and the beds and linens were so comfortable. So much room for our family of 8 and the washer and drier was a life saver to be able to pack clea. clothes!!!

My family's stay was just what we were looking for it was close to all our intended destinations. It was peaceful and beautiful clean and spacious. our hosts were great hosts. overall would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Nice unit! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The pool was a perfect temp for the kids. We loved being steps away from the river and walk/bike path. The wood burning fireplace was a plus too! If staying here with a minimum of 4 people, I suggest bringing extra towels with you (especially if using the pool) unless you want to wash the 6 towels provided. Also, check the linens upon arrival. Otherwise, great unit in a great location!
