Good to know

The condo accommodates six guests, offering a cozy bedroom, living room, and snug window alcoves. While we accommodate six, keep in mind this is a one bedroom condo with one bathroom. A young family or two couples with two small children would be fine. We do not recommend six adults. For those balancing work and leisure, our fast WiFi ensures seamless connectivity for multiple Zoom meetings amidst a picturesque setting. Additionally, a private ski locker allows for convenient storage of gear for outdoor excursions. Embrace inclusivity in our welcoming space, designed for guests of all backgrounds and identities. One free parking space is included with your stay. Additional paid parking can be found nearby at Keystone's Mountain House. Winter Weather Note: Be prepared to drive in potentially hazardous conditions by acquiring an appropriate vehicle and learning winter driving best practices before arriving to Colorado. Snowy roads are beautiful and absolutely drivable when you are prepared, and so we do not provide refunds for normal winter weather. However, we are sensitive to traveling in the mountains when the weather is capable of shutting down the roads. If highways are closed due to severe weather, we will provide at minimum a partial refund for the night(s) affected by the road closure. The remaining night(s) will be charged at full price if the highways are open. Typically roads are not closed for more than 24 hours at a time.

* Guests are expected to return all parking passes and keys upon departure - any lost keys/passes will incur $100 fee each - the cost to replace them * No shoes in home * Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am * No skis, snowboards, SUP boards, etc in the unit. Use the storage locker in the entrance with the provided key * NO pets, even for a short visit * Do not leave anything outside of the home in the hall. You may take your excess trash and/or recycling to the trash room in the main building ("CAM" on the Pines map) of the parking lot * Absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind, including vape pens and Mary Jane, in any common areas including the ENTIRETY of the condominium grounds. * Guests will adhere to Summit Country's "Good Neighbor Guidelines" at all times

This was the best AirBnB I've stayed in! My husband, daughter and I stayed at Emily's place and we were so impressed by how clean it was, the beautiful location and the walking trail right behind the condos. Their amenities of the pack-n-play and high chair were so helpful and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This condo was absolutely wonderful—perfect for a mountain getaway or ski trip! Emily and Cameron have done a fantastic job renovating and decorating the space to create a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the inviting fireplace, the beautiful mountain views (even on a rainy day), and access to the pool and spa area. The location was another highlight—right next to the Snake River path, which made for a peaceful and scenic walk or bike ride along the water. We truly enjoyed our stay, would happily return, and highly recommend it to others!

Nice unit! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The pool was a perfect temp for the kids. We loved being steps away from the river and walk/bike path. The wood burning fireplace was a plus too! If staying here with a minimum of 4 people, I suggest bringing extra towels with you (especially if using the pool) unless you want to wash the 6 towels provided. Also, check the linens upon arrival. Otherwise, great unit in a great location!

One free parking space is included with your stay. Additional paid parking can be found at Keystone's Mountain House for $25 per night. During the winter, you will have access to the free shuttle service from mid-December to mid-April. This shuttle will take you from our parking lot to Keystone's Mountain House - where the Peru lift can take you up the mountain, as well as by a number of other condo communities.
