- Stairs are required to enter the home. - The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with tub. The other two bedrooms are downstairs in the basement; one has a queen bed and the other has a full-over-full bunk bed. - The basement has lower ceilings in some areas, typical of homes of this era. - Pets are welcome with approval and the applicable pet fee. Because the yard is not fenced, pets must be leashed and supervised outdoors. - This is an old house, so even with the window AC and tower fans, it will still be warm when it's very hot outside during our summer months.
